POLICIES

                                                                          SALON POLICY
All guest should arrive to their appointments on time. If guest fail to make appointment time within 10 minutes, appointment is automatically cancelled. All deposits are Non-refundable and are required in order to book appointments. Extra guest and/or children are not allowed in the salon. Guest must come with a clean face for ALL makeup appointments or you will be asked to re-book when a date is available. Guest are not allowed to bring their own makeup items for appointments.                                                                      SHIPPING POLICY
All products are shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days. Face Focus Studio is not responsible for items once they have been shipped.
